Anna Pollock – founder and principal coach Aspiria Ltd

I have been a qualified and practising coach for nearly 15 years. Originally trained as a Chartered Surveyor, I worked within a number of blue chip companies in a variety of roles. I travelled widely and to all extents and purposes had a settled and successful career. However I reached the stage where I could no longer get excited about the options available to me in surveying and entered my ‘first life crisis'. After some time in the wilderness, (literally and metaphorically!), I was privileged to work with and subsequently be invited to train with some outstanding coaches and trainers to become a coach myself.

I have a passion for working with professional individuals to discover and articulate their motivational abilities to bring congruency and authenticity to their leadership. I am dedicated to helping individuals explore beyond their current horizon and capabilities, to create the conditions where deep and lasting transformation can take place.

Extending this to organisations, my experiences in the corporate world allows me to ground my skills in the areas of personal effectiveness and potential in a corporate context. I help to identify and support the emerging talent pool and create the conditions in which the high calibre leaders of the future are retained.

I have worked on coaching programmes with a number of large companies across sectors including Real Estate, Law, IT, Further Education, Art, Construction and Charities. I have had the pleasure of coaching private individuals ranging from graduates to entrepreneurs, junior managers and senior board members.

I co-created and delivered a business programme at Master Degree Level and have run a series of Professional Development programmes for young professionals.
