Aspiria is headed up by Anna Pollock, supported by a small group of very talented coaches.
Apart from being highly qualified with many years of experience at senior level in a variety of business sectors, our coaches have felt drawn to working together by a sense of shared values. These mean that whilst our styles and areas of expertise differ, our standards and our approach to coaching are consistent.
Coaching is an extension of who we are rather than a job we do, or a role we assume. We bring to our work the maturity, insights and experience learned over many years of continuous professional and personal development and it is work we are passionate about.
We are naturally curious about your world, and will explore it with you in a supportive, respectful way. Our approach is facilitative, we enable you to reveal the way forward whilst being prepared to reflect and challenge assumptions, inconsistency and unproductive thinking and behaviour

The coaching models that form the core of our business, SIMA and the LDF are ones we have experienced at first hand as coaching clients ourselves, and over the years these have proved again and again to be the most relevant and illuminating tools to use with our clients. That said, the coaching process starts and ends with you and our programme structures are for guidance only. We would never fit you into a set programme, our work with you is always tailored to your requirements.
