The programme for individuals, partnerships and small teams who are planning to set up new ventures together and who want to explore individual abilities and strengths that could best be utilized by the new business. Also potential areas of shortfall that could threaten future success (and team harmony!).

Aspire.to innovate is a coaching programme designed to help you all get clarity about what motivates and drives each individual, what support structures you require in order to thrive and what might block, frustrate you or cause conflict. Ultimately, in the midst of the excitement about your new venture, and the stress of setting it up, it is about taking a clear headed look at the assets of your business (you) and how they can best be managed to give you the best chance of success.

The Aspire.to innovate process is a coaching programme that typically take one of two forms, although each programme is always tailored to your circumstances;

Firstly if you are a group who know you want to work together but have not decided exactly what your direction will be, the Aspire.to innovate process will help you focus on each individual and what they bring to the table. Then it puts the jigsaw pieces together to create a combined picture of all your abilities which forms the basis of a collaborative brainstorming session to explore what you, in combination, could be successful doing.

Secondly if you do already know what your venture will be then the Aspire.to innovate process will help you focus on the abilities of each individual, but also, more importantly on the motivational environment, support structures and personal style that makes each of you so unique. It is these areas that, if not addressed, can cause misunderstandings, frustrations and blockages that are so often the cause of conflict in, and failure of, new partnerships.

What Does The Aspire.to innovate Programme Involve?

At its core, the programme uses the sima ® process to help you identify your strengths and motivations, the individual ways in which you work, the support structures you need around you and how you relate to others.

It will help you to take a cool, clear look at all the individuals in your new organization and to explore in a non-emotional way how you are all driven and what your needs are individually and in combination.

It will enable you to plan your new venture knowing the areas you are likely to excel at and those you may have to seek external input in.

It will enable you to move forward in confidence and to support each other through a deep understanding of how you all operate.
