What Does The Aspire.to manage Programme Involve?

At its core, the programme uses sima ® and the LDF ® process to generate a 3d view of what makes someone tick, what strengths and motivations they have and how this might be expressed through different periods of personal development. Simple techniques are then introduced to help managers gain similar insights into the motivations of their team members and to utilize that knowledge to foster more supportive and productive relationships with them.

The programme can be delivered as a series of personal coaching sessions or can be delivered to small groups as a 2 day course.
